Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • All accessories, manuals, and components must be included.

  • A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

If your return does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to reject the request or offer a partial refund.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Approval & Instructions – If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

  3. Return Shipping – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  4. Inspection & Processing – Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Rejected Refunds: If the return does not meet our criteria, we will notify you and return the product to you.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable, including:

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, email us at info@fitevis.xyz within 7 days of receiving your order. Once approved, we will provide further instructions on the exchange process.


Damaged or Defective Products

Late or Missing Refunds
